Responsibilities and Duties

Please note: you must currently hold SC clearance as DV clearance is required As well as knowledge of the standard IT Service Management (ITSM) module in ServiceNow, our client is interested in anyone who has experience of one or more of the following modules:

  • Customer Service Management (CSM)
  • HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
  • Field Service Management (FSM)
This is a hybrid role with the expectation that the successful candidate is available to work on site 2/3 days a week minimum.

Skills Required

As part of an implementation project team, build and deliver solutions ensuring user requirements (Stories) are delivered to specification.
  • Completion of enhancement requests and new functionality requests to meet business needs
  • Build of service catalog items and workflows in ITSM and CSM modules
  • Build of HR Service items and Lifecycle events
  • Where requested, lead aspects (e.g. demos/training/solutions) of the overall development to deliver value and successful outcomes the customer.
  • Have an awareness of the impact of the solutions you are providing to other areas of the platform
  • Where necessary help out with day to day admin tasks on the ServiceNow platform
  • Provide coaching for more junior colleagues sharing experience and accumulated knowledge to help them develop
  • Preparation of documentation as necessary
  • Experience managing, maintaining and developing ServiceNow ITSM application
  • ServiceNow development skills including:
    • Business Rules
    • Client Scripts
    • Workflows
    • Form Design
    • UI Actions
    • Service Portal
  • Experience of testing and creating test scripts
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL principles
  • Comfortable with agile and waterfall methods of working
  • Fast learner with an ability to get up-to-speed in a short space of time
  • Experience managing, maintaining and developing ServiceNow HRSD, CSM and FSM applications
  • Virtual Agent development
  • Any experience of on-premise ServiceNow environments an advantage.
  • Experience building custom integrations between ServiceNow and 3rd party applications
  • ServiceNow certifications in ITSM, CSM, HRSD, FSM
